Add low-voltage DC electric field at the two ends of groundwater by inserting two electrodes. Under the role of low-strength DC current, water-soluble pollutants will move towards different electrodes according to electric charge they carry. By electrophoresis, electro-osmosis, electro-migration and other effects, organic pollutants is oxidized and degraded in the migration process.
